fall retreats

The daily grind can become a slog when it's unending. Sometimes it's nice to take a break and step away—to catch your breath, gain new perspective, and go deep with other humans.

Earlier this week, I asked my network on LinkedIn to let me know if anyone was hosting a retreat. Turns out, there are at least a dozen retreats happening. If you need a break, a reset, or a chance to spend time going deep with other people, here are a few that I know of, below.

And if you're hosting an event and you'd like to share it, add yours to the post here.

Fall 2026 Retreats

Sep 23-25, Paradise Valley, AZ, leadership retreat for women in comms, marketing & HR with Ragan.

Sep 24-27, Italian Alps retreat to hike, sauna, lake, wine, journal, rest, and deep connect with the GOAT, Angela Parker (one of my favorite all-time human beings!)

Sep 30-Oct 4, Catskills NY, a transformation leadership retreat to dive within, reconnect to yourself and the future you're called to build, with BWB's Caitlin and Casey.

Oct 5-7, Blue Ridge Mountains, a 3-day in-person retreat with The Grand Pursuit (year-long membership).

Oct 14-16, Santa Cruz, CA, unplug and reset, pause the noise, for women in leadership with Carol Urton.

Oct 15-19, Santa Fe, NM, a five-day retreat for mothers who need a break, with Justine and Drea, beautiful space-holders and kind-hearted people who will let you soften.

Oct 23-25, Danville CA, The One True Story Writing Retreat. Join Amy Henderson and literary agents for three days devoted to your voice—and to helping your work find its way into the world.

Oct 25-27, Blaine, WA, restore and renew menopause retreat at Semiahmoo Restort.

Nov 5-9, Tulum, Mexico, for 10 women founders who need room to think (and people who get it). Focus on what your business needs next.

Nov 2-6, Peak District, UK, lead from your life force with your erotic power, with Electric Woman.

Nov 13-15, Cold Spring, NY, the grief is love annual retreat and healing experience with Marisa Renee Lee (amazing human, author, and all-around deep-feeling, heart-centered wonder).

Find your people

Whether you're heartbroken, lost and confused, overwhelmed, tired, or you need to be around sharp minds to hone your focus and next steps, a retreat is such a beautiful way to mark the season that you're in. Over the years, I've built so many relationships and had deep, nourishing conversations with other people that have filled my cup and refueled me for the season ahead.

I hope there's a match for you in here — and if you need more info, reach out to the organizers to say hello!

Find a way to give yourself a small break. Even if you can't go on a full retreat, taking two hours to walk outside, going to a bathhouse or a sauna, or taking a morning to journal about what's next for you can do wonders.
